In recent years, S&G Response has taken great strides within its focus and development of its people and CSR strategies, achieving the number sixty-eight spot in the Best Companies to work for in the North-West. To provide greater structure for continued success and durable directionality of the people strategy, S&G Response has recently appointed Anne Pass as their Head of HR and Learning & Development at their Wilmslow Head Office.
With a background of over twenty years in HR leadership across a variety of industries inclusive of financial and law sectors, plus familiarity in proactively growing SME’s, Anne has the commercial understanding and practical experience to aid S&G Response in achieving their vision.
Anne will be bringing a co-ordinated approach to the business’ people strategy, enhancing and expanding on the existing foundations, as S&G Response journeys through the next stage in its evolution. She will pave the way for new and developing HR processes, innovative recruitment process, learning and development initiatives and the internal communications strategy within the business.
The continued growth of the business will be supported by Anne further enhancing the framework around people development, to allow all staff to maximise their potential and positively contribute to an already established friendly, passionate and innovative company culture.
