First Notification of Loss (FNOL)
Our FNOL team work 24-7 365 days per year to ensure that immediate assistance is provided in the event of an accident. Our operators are trained to demonstrate the empathy required, and to recognise any signs of vulnerability to ensure that the subsequent claim experience is as straightforward as possible.

Vehicle Recovery
We partner with the largest vehicle recovery organisations in the UK to ensure that we can be at the roadside within 60 minutes where a vehicle is rendered undriveable as the result of a collision.

Triage and Image Capture
Immediately following the notification of a new claim, we will obtain images and video of any damage from the policyholder. This enables us to determine the most appropriate fulfilment solution whether that be through one of our approved repairers or a mobile repair at the policyholder’s choice of location.

Approved Repairer Network
Our approved repairer network consists of 350 bodyshops with each
carrying the BS10125 quality kitemark standard. Each repairer is selected
based on quality criteria and regularly audited by our network team to
ensure compliance with the highest standards.

Property Repair
As a potentially significant cost in any claim, we understand the need to closely manage claims spend throughout the property repair process, mitigating any potential loss. We offer property repairs with full UK coverage, expertly managed and operated by qualified professionals from our established property repair network and chartered surveyors.

Total Loss Management (PAV Negotiation / Salvage Management)
A dedicated team within our operation handle all negotiations of the pre-accident value of the customer’s vehicle.

Credit Hire Defence
Our Credit Hire Defence team expertly scrutinise and defend all
associated costs when presented credit hire and credit repair claims. Our
processes ensure that we protect our customers indemnity spend and
mitigate unnecessary cost exposure.

Engineering
Our in-house engineering team accurately assess the best and most effective method of repair ensuring that costs are controlled. All our engineers are ATA ad AIMI accredited and utilise both the Audatex and GT Motive estimating platforms.

Third Party Intervention / Capture
Our dedicated team provides a proactive approach to identifying third parties where policyholders have been involved in at-fault accidents. We capture the requirements of the third party and provide an end-to-end solution, allowing us to manage costs and protect indemnity spend.

Uninsured Loss
Recovery
Our uninsured loss recovery team (ULR) is based out of our Halifax office and specialise in claiming out of pocket expenses on behalf of some of the largest legal expense insurers in the UK. They demonstrate an impressive track record with 90% of claims being recovered within 90 days of instruction.

Mobility
We partner with the largest rental companies in the UK to ensure we can provide replacement vehicles within 4 hours of instruction. Our arrangements mean we have access to over 250,000 vehicles across 420 locations covering all classes including private car, light commercial, heavy goods, motorbikes and taxis.
